This was so emotional for me to sell it. My mother moved into assisted living and this was my childhood home, David was very compassionate and understanding when I was having emotional times. Every step from start to finish. Walk-thru was the first I’ve been through and he was more that knowledgeable about things to look for. He found flaws that Iwe would of never found that needed to be fixed by the builder. He really knows what to look for and the builder has to fix before closing. Pictures were taken and my property was listed. We had prospective buyers on the first day and accepted an offer on the third day. We were downsizing and had very specific requirements for our home and since our home sold so quickly we had to find the right home in the right area in a short time frame. David worked diligently the next 3 days to find our dream house and at the perfect price.
